7 Healthy Homemade Ice Lollies You Can Make in Under 10 minutes
What you’ll need:
- 250g Pineapple (cubed)
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 50g Caster sugar
How to prepare:
- Heat milk in saucepan
- Add sugar and heat until dissolved
- Blend pineapple
- Mix, pour into mould and add sticks
- Put in freezer until frozen
What you’ll need:
- 2 pears
- 2 apples
- 1 cup water
How to prepare:
- Peel fruit
- Blend fruit and add water to make 600ml of liquid
- Fill mould and add sticks
- Put in freezer until frozen
What you’ll need:
- 1 avocado (medium)
- 2 cups skimmed milk
- 6 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ cup lime juice
How to prepare:
- Peel and de-seed avocado
- Blend avocado with milk, sugar and lime juice
- Fill mould and add sticks
- Leave in freezer until frozen
What you’ll need:
- 300ml Orange juice
- 300ml Cranberry juice
- 1/2 peach
How to prepare:
- Peel and de-seed peach
- Blend peach into puree and add juice
- Fill mould and add sticks
- Leave in freezer until frozen
What you’ll need:
- 400g Strawberries
- 300ml Skimmed Milk
- 500g Low-fat yogurt
How to prepare:
- Blend strawberries with yogurt
- Add milk and continue to blend
- Fill mould and add sticks
- Leave in freezer until frozen
What you’ll need:
- 500g Raspberries
- 500ml Cloudy lemonade
How to prepare:
- Blend raspberries with lemonade
- Fill mould and add sticks
- Place in freezer until frozen
What you’ll need:
- 300ml Fresh orange juice
- 300ml Pink grapefruit juice
How to prepare:
- Pour orange juice into mould – fill 1/2 way
- Leave to freeze
- Top up mould with orange juice
- Add stick
- Put back in freezer until completely frozen
