What you’ll need:
  • 250g Pineapple (cubed)
  • 400ml Coconut milk
  • 50g Caster sugar
How to prepare:
  1. Heat milk in saucepan
  2. Add sugar and heat until dissolved
  3. Blend pineapple
  4. Mix, pour into mould and add sticks
  5. Put in freezer until frozen

What you’ll need:
  • 2 pears
  • 2 apples
  • 1 cup water
How to prepare:
  1. Peel fruit
  2. Blend fruit and add water to make 600ml of liquid
  3. Fill mould and add sticks
  4. Put in freezer until frozen

What you’ll need:
  • 1 avocado (medium)
  • 2 cups skimmed milk
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ cup lime juice
How to prepare:
  1. Peel and de-seed avocado
  2. Blend avocado with milk, sugar and lime juice
  3. Fill mould and add sticks
  4. Leave in freezer until frozen

What you’ll need:
  • 300ml Orange juice
  • 300ml Cranberry juice
  • 1/2 peach
How to prepare:
  1. Peel and de-seed peach
  2. Blend peach into puree and add juice
  3. Fill mould and add sticks
  4. Leave in freezer until frozen

What you’ll need:
  • 400g Strawberries
  • 300ml Skimmed Milk
  • 500g Low-fat yogurt
How to prepare:
  1. Blend strawberries with yogurt
  2. Add milk and continue to blend
  3. Fill mould and add sticks
  4. Leave in freezer until frozen

What you’ll need:
  • 500g Raspberries
  • 500ml Cloudy lemonade
How to prepare:
  1. Blend raspberries with lemonade
  2. Fill mould and add sticks
  3. Place in freezer until frozen

What you’ll need:
  • 300ml Fresh orange juice
  • 300ml Pink grapefruit juice
How to prepare:
  1. Pour orange juice into mould – fill 1/2 way
  2. Leave to freeze
  3. Top up mould with orange juice
  4. Add stick
  5. Put back in freezer until completely frozen
