Light and Creamy Avocado Hummus Recipe

In case you didn’t know (and let’s be honest, you probably didn’t), this week is National Parks Week. In short, it’s a celebration of the UK’s 15 National Parks. If you’re not familiar with National Parks, they’re protected areas of countryside, full of wildlife and heritage. There’s a ton of events being held across all of the parks this week, you can check out what’s on here

What would a walk in the countryside be without a picnic? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with our yummy hummus recipe. Be warned though, you may want to make an entire bucket of this stuff. It won’t last long when your family get their hands on it!
