Brand Partnerships Manager
Description

As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will build and maintain new relationships with FMCG brands, collect their feedback and help us improve our couponing platform in order to fit their needs. With GreenJinn, you’ll be helping them to drive their supermarket sales, deliver unique shopper insights as well as create meaningful relationships with their end-customers through the effective use of our platform.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and on-boarding new FMCG brands to promote their products on the GreenJinn App
  • Building and maintaining genuine, personal, positive relationships with our partner FMCG brands
  • Collecting FMCGs feedback about the GreenJinn platform, proposing improvements to our dev teams to more closely meet brands’ needs
  • Sharing key insights with the brands to help them understand campaign impacts and their end customers in more detail
  • Actively participating in creating GreenJinn’s wider company strategy and business development
  • Helping the company in establishing a position as a ‘go-to’ platform for FMCGs to boost sales
Requirements
  • 1-4 years experience in the UK in a trade marketing / sales / brand management / key account management role in the retail industry (i.e. supermarkets and /or FMCGs) OR similar experience gathered through a market research or consulting organisation
  • Great communication, charisma, presentation, and teamwork skills, whilst being able to easily create personal relationships
  • Open-minded, proactive, ‘never give-up’ approach
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Alignment with GreenJinn’s vision, with an interest in mobile apps / new food and shopping trends / healthy lifestyle
  • Willingness to co-create a dynamic, innovative, digital startup and produce a real impact, fueling our coupon revolution 🙂
Nice to haves
  • Deep understanding of challenges and needs of FMCGs; up to date with the latest retail / e-commerce / FMCG / marketing trends and needs
  • A well established network in the retail / FMCG environment
