A year in review: Working as a marketing intern at GreenJinn

Stepping into the fast-paced world of marketing at GreenJinn exactly a year ago was both thrilling and nerve-wracking. Little did I know that this experience would unfold into a journey of growth, creativity and friendship 💚

From day one, the team was welcoming and always ready to help me with anything and everything… and believe me, it was a lot! 😉 Having never had proper work experience before, it can be quite overwhelming stepping into a start-up, but if I could go back, I wouldn’t change a thing.

From nitpicking my own canva designs for our social media to sending out countless emails, the team was always ready to help me when I needed it (except for when it came to starring in some TikToks 😉). That’s the beauty of a start-up, working cross-functionally is quite literally in every job description.

What’s rare to see in other businesses is the whole team being able to get together outside of work! From volunteering at the Felix Project to outdoor escape rooms and a very foodie sports day, we truly had the chance to get to know each other and unwind together after a long week of work. I’ve had the chance to meet people from Italy, France, The Philippines (and of course the UK) and learn more about their culture, language and the FOOOD! 😜

GreenJinn’s supportive environment nurtured both my professional and personal development. Looking back at a year that’s gone by too fast, I’m so grateful for this unforgettable experience.
