Upside-Down Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe 🍫

Happy Easter from us at the GreenJinn team! Who’s excited for the extra long Easter weekend?! 🐣🐰 We can’t wait for all of the food and not to mention, Easter chocolate!

To celebrate, we have the perfect indulgent chocolate dessert to share 🍫🍰

Try out this mouth-watering Upside-Down Chocolate Cheesecake using @doisyanddam chocolate with @feedingspeedy! Plus, it’s super quick and only takes 15 minutes! 💫

Serves 4, Takes 15 minutes

1 tub mascarpone
1 tub creme fraiche
Half a pack of plain digestive biscuits
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons icing sugar
1 packet of Doisy & Dam dark chocolate drops
1 packet of Doisy & Dam Good Eggs

1) Mix together in a big bowl the mascarpone, creme fraiche, icing sugar and cocoa powder. When well combined, add half a bag of Doisy & Dam dark chocolate drops and fold through.
2) Pop the digestive biscuits in a freezer bag and bash up with a rolling pin into a fine powder.
3) Spoon 2-3 heaped tablespoons of cheesecake mixture into glasses. Sprinkle over a tablespoon of biscuit crumbs, and top with a few Doisy & Dam Good Eggs.
